Graduation Rehearsal June 4th
Graduation Rehearsal – June 4th - 10:45 am
There will be a mandatory commencement rehearsal on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, at 10:45 a.m. at The Fishers Event Center, 11000 Stockdale Street, Fishers, IN 46037. Students will meet at Fishers High School in the main gym at 10:45 am. Every senior going through the commencement ceremony MUST attend the rehearsal. The rehearsal will begin promptly at 10:45 a.m., and students will return to FHS by 2:30 p.m.
Seniors should plan to stay at rehearsal for the entire time. Early dismissal will not be allowed.
Dress Code
Dress-up event (dress shirt, dress pants, dress, or skirt). No jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or tennis shoes. Do not bring your cap and gown to rehearsal.
Tickets
Each senior will receive a MAXIMUM of 6 graduation tickets in a white envelope at graduation rehearsal. Students must attend the graduation rehearsal to receive graduation tickets.
Graduation June 4th
Graduation – June 4th - 7 p.m. (6 p.m. Student Arrival) - Fishers Event Center
- Commencement begins at 7:00 pm
- Doors open at 5:30 pm at the Fishers Event Center for family and guest seating.
- Seniors must be at Fishers High School in the main gym by 5:30 pm for ceremony staging and transportation to the Fishers Event Center.
- All seniors participating in the graduation ceremony MUST attend rehearsal the morning of June 4th at 10:45 am.
- Seniors must wear a 2025 cap & gown issued by Herff Jones. There should be no special messages of any kind on their mortarboards (caps).
- Students may only wear cords provided by FHS.
- Any senior arriving at FHS for Commencement without proper attire will be sent home and will not participate in the ceremony.
- Guest parking at the event center is available beginning at 5:00 pm. Parking is $10 per car. Cash is not accepted, and there will be no pre-pay option via the Event Center.
- Seniors will receive 6 graduation tickets at graduation rehearsals. Graduating seniors do not need a ticket. No guests will be admitted to the ceremony without a ticket.
- We encourage seniors to leave the Event Center with their families. However, any senior that will need a ride back to FHS after the graduation ceremony should fill out this form by May 15.
ADA Parking
ADA parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on both sides of the building in the closest spots to the building. Please prepare to arrive early if ADA parking is needed, and be prepared to show the parking staff your ADA parking tag or plate.
ADA Seating
ADA seating will be available in sections 112, 106, 109, 113, 115 & 118. ADA seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. ADA seating cannot be reserved in advance. Please prepare to arrive early if ADA seating is needed.
Clear Bag Policy
For the quickest entry into the Fishers Event Center, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on event day. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the Event Center:
- Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.
- Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.
- Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size will not be permitted.
- Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the Fishers Event Center Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the Event Center’s bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry. Baby and infant care items such as bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the Event Center, however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.
- Camera bags and cases that accompany any permitted personal device must meet the clear bag policy specifications or will be denied entry.
Exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the door.
Senior Community Service Cord
Seniors have the opportunity to earn a special cord to wear at graduation if they complete 15 hours of community service between June 1, 2024, and May 1, 2025. Community service hours must be documented on the Senior Community Service Cord form once the student completes all 15 hours. This form must be submitted by May 1, 2025, to receive a cord at graduation. Hours performed for other school service organizations (such as the National Honor Society, Student Council, Key Club, Students in Action, etc.) WILL count toward Senior Community Service hours.
Senior Scholarship Cord
Seniors have the opportunity to earn an additional honorary cord to wear at commencement. The Scholarship Cord is given to any senior who has been offered one or more scholarships for post-secondary studies. Seniors need to document their scholarship(s) on the Senior Scholarship Cord Form between October 1, 2024 and May 1, 2025, to receive a cord at graduation.

Naviance eDocs
Seniors, please use Naviance to request transcripts for college applications, NCAA, and NAIA. Directions for requesting a transcript through Naviance can be found on the FHS College and Career Readiness page under Explore > Naviance > Steps for Applying to College. Please log into Naviance through Clever.
Graduates, please request your transcript through Parchment or call the FHS Guidance Office at 317-915-4293.

Directions: Download or open the Waze app and input the Fishers Event Center address, 11000 Stockdale Street Fishers, IN 46037. Waze is the recommended GPS program with updated event day traffic plans and street closures, providing you with accurate directions and real-time traffic alerts.
Parking: FEC’s parking lots will open at 5:00 PM for families to park. Parking is $10 for this event. Pre-paid parking is not available for this event. When you arrive on site, look for payment signs located throughout FEC parking lots. To streamline your departure experience, our automated system scans your license plate upon exit to verify payment for parking.

Cashless Venue: Fishers Event Center is a cashless venue and will only accept card and mobile payment.

Entry: Doors will open at 5:30 PM. They will not open early in the case of inclement weather. There are three public entrances available: Main Entrance (northwest most side of the building) Community Health Network Entrance (north side of the building) Honda Entrance (south side of the building)
Tickets: A paper ticket is required to enter FEC for this event. If you and your guests are arriving separately, make a plan to distribute tickets to your guests in advance. Six tickets will be provided to your graduate at rehearsal on the morning of June 4th. Additional tickets will not be provided.
Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverage will not be allowed into Fishers Event Center. The only exceptions to the Food and Beverage policy are: Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of non-frozen formula or milk, and small snacks inside of the stadium. Medically necessary food items inspected and approved by Security Personnel at the Event Center gates.
Seating: All seating is general admission. Suites will not be open nor available for use/rental.
