Inspire Database
INSPIRE is Indiana's Virtual Library. INSPIRE is a collection of academic databases and other information resources including magazine and journal articles, websites, pamphlets, images, almanacs, library catalogs, and more. INSPIRE is accessible for Indiana residents who have Internet access at school, home, in their library or at their place of business and is provided at no cost to all residents of Indiana.

Library Policies
OPEN DOOR POLICY: We have both sets of doors open in the Library Media Center (LMC) so PLEASE come on in! Encourage students and fellow staff to walk through and see what is going on in this energetic space.
To schedule the Media Center for class check out, research, library orientation or other class projects:
1. Check the LMC’s availability on the Intranet calendar.
2. Collaboration is key! The Library Media Specialist is very excited to look at lessons and help to incorporate resources and skills that will help embed 21st century skills. Email/call Renee Isom and schedule time to chat about the lesson and ideas to embed different skills.
Keeping us informed of your current unit projects that require use of the internet is appreciated.
To schedule the LMC Computer Lab: There is a sign-up calendar at the circulation desk where you can sign up to use the lab. You may also contact LMS or the Assistant (Renee Isom or Julie Hummel).
Passes to the LMC for students: We will accept any pink pass from teachers. Please remind the students to sign in; otherwise it was as if they weren’t here. If the media center is in use or unavailable, we reserve the right to send students back to class.
Study Hall students and LMC use: Students will be admitted to the library with a fully executed pink pass or the pre-generated passes available from the LMC. These must be obtained before the needed study hall. Students who leave before the period is over should need a new pass.
